- Guest Login Module -
When the guest cancels a reservation that is associated with a Rate/Cancellation Policy, the system will
prompt the guest with the policy contents before allowing to procced with cancellation. The same policy
contents will be included in the Cancellation Confirmation emails to the guests

- Financial System -
We have built a financial module into our system to allow you to
manage all financial aspects of your hotel operation, such as processing advance deposits,
guest billing, and revenue posting, payments processing, and financial reporting.

- Custom Report (new) - Auto Reports -
You can now override the default reporting period with a fixed start / end date.
A use case might be to run an Auto Report every week on the activities over the entire
summer season as opposed to activities over the past week.
(Note that the default reporting period for the Auto Report is its past period, e.g. the past month
for a monthly report, etc.).

- Occupancy Based Rates - the system now supports configuration of Occupancy Based Pricing,
and allow Extra Guest Charges to be set on a day by day basis.

- Also added Filter functions in the Rates & Restriction module, allowing the display of the rates
filtered by the Rate Group name.

Custom Reports (New)
- Now you can include cancelled reservations in the Custom Reports if needed. Be
sure to add the "Status" field into the report to distinguish the cancelled ones.

- Now you can upsell Early Check-In / Late Check-Out times as Add-on items to a reservation

Note: currently you can sell these manually. In the coming releases, guests will be
able to purchase ECI/LCO during the new Online Guest Check-in/out module.
Room Setup - Room Features
- Now you can configure Room Features (different Room Amenities) that are specific to each room,
e.g. Room with Ocean View, or Room close to elevator, etc. This is helpful during Room Assignments.
- Create Room Features at Settings >> Properties & Amenities section

Housekeeping - Room Status
- The Room Status Report has an improved layout that is friendly on mobile devices

- Now B&B Mode accounts (one room per product) can utilize our Housekeeping features,
e.g. use the Room Status page to assign tasks to housekeepers and track the room status.
