Export Availability
OnRes provides a tool to generate a URL for exporting Reservation Availability / Unavailability
for a particular Product. The exported data is in iCal format and can be used for
- Your HomeAway / VRBO / AirBnB account, or
- Your personal calendars, e.g. Outlook, iOS, Google, Yahoo etc.
Unavailability includes: dates that are fully booked, no Inventory, no Rates, or Blacked-out,
and will be marked as Unavailable on the calendar.
1. Export Availability to VRBO / HomeAway and Air BnB - iCal
1.1 How to use the tool?
Go to Setup >> Products, and open the Product Details window for the product that you would
like to export the availability.
Click on the Tools Tab, and click on the Export to HomeAway / VRBO / AirBnB (iCal) button,
then the following pop-up window will show up.
Please follow the following steps to generate the URL:
- Select total number of months of the availability to be exported
- Click the "Generate" button
- Copy the URL from the text area below and send it to the client site, e.g.
HomeAway / VRBO / AirBnB
Once imported into VRBO / HomeAway, the availability will be shown on their booking widget as this:

2. Export Reservations to Personal Calendars
2.1 How to use the tool?
Go to Setup >> Products, and open the Product Details window for any product that you would
like to export the reservations.
Please note: this tool will capture ALL Reservations from ALL Products (no need to repeat this
in other Products).
Click on the Tools Tab, and click on the Export Reservations to Personal Calendar button,
then the following pop-up window will show up.
Please follow the following steps to generate the URL:
- Select total number of months of reservations to be exported.
- Click the "Generate" button.
- Copy the URL from the generated text below to add to your personal calendar program.
