For stays during high season (December through April), FEV recommends that you make reservations more than 90 days ahead of time.  Make your reservations to:

For B&B rates
:
•    A deposit worth your first night's accommodation rate is required to make a reservation.
•    50% of your total accommodation rate for entire stay is due 15 days before arrival.

For package rates
:
•    50% deposit is required to make a reservation.
•    100% of your total accommodation rate for entire stay is due 15 days before arrival.
Children under the age of 3 stay for free; children between the ages of 3 and 11 pay half price.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES
Cancellations made with a notice of:
•    60 days prior to arrival = 100% refund
•    59 to 45 days prior to arrival = 50% refund
•    44 to 16 days prior to arrival = 25% refund
•    15 days = 0% refund as preparations for your stay will have already been made.

TRANSPORTATION
Up to 12 people in minivan: Managua and Granada to FEV $185 one way
Up to 3 people in pickup truck:
•    Managua and Granada to FEV $100 one way
•    Matagalpa to FEV $35 one way
•    San Ramon to FEV $25 one way
