No-Fee Cancellation Policy: Enjoy flexibility with our no-fee cancellation policy, requiring notification at least 24 hours prior to your planned arrival.

Check-in: Rest assured, your room will be ready for check-in after 3 p.m. For late arrivals, please contact the front desk 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange your check in.

Credit Card Pre-authorization Policy: A credit card pre-authorization deposit equivalent to the total stay amount will be processed 24 hours prior to your arrival. While we are unable to accept cash or debit card deposits, payment can be settled by cash or debit card upon checkout. Please notify our front desk clerk of your preferred payment method during check-in.

Smoke-Free Policy: To maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests, smoking, vaping, and cannabis use are strictly prohibited throughout our premises, including balconies and common areas. Please inquire with our staff about designated smoking areas, and kindly adhere to these guidelines to avoid a $300 fine for violations.

Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We gladly welcome pets in our ground floor rooms for an additional charge of $35 per stay, per pet (maximum 2 pets). Our pet-friendly rooms feature 1-2 Queen Size beds and include a Kitchenette. To ensure availability, please contact our front desk to confirm the availability of a pet-friendly room.

Tax Information: Please note that tax rates are subject to change. Currently, the tax on hotel stays is 15% (5% federal GST, 8% provincial PST, 2% local MRDT).
