Cancellations made up until 10 days prior to your reservation will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 10 days of your reservation will receive a 50% refund .
Cancellations made with no notice or same day as check in will receive NO refund.
CHECK IN: 3:00pm. No Early Check Ins Please!!
CHECK OUT is 10:00am. If for any reason you decide to check-out early there are no refunds. Check out is simple and contactless, leave door unlocked and you can leave at your leisure BY 10AM. Thank you
We suggest you book early as we are typically booked in peak season.
Continental breakfast is included on Monday – Sunday mornings. (You can eat any time up until 10 AM when we start cleaning)
BREAKFAST AREA AND DRINKS ARE NOT SELF SERVE AFTER 10AM

We are a non-smoking facility. ANY SMOKING INSIDE WITH RESULT IN EXTRA CHARGES ( We will charge your credit card a $250 cleaning fee if smoking has been detected )
Towels and washcloths are to be used in bathrooms only, please do not use to clean bicycles or motorcycles etc, we can provide you with rags if needed. Using our towels for anything but normal use will result in extra charges.
Taking our towels, washcloths, hand towels, pillows ,etc will result in extra charges!
Please do not open windows, we have central air and heat and bugs will come in through the screens
You may bring your own ALCOHOL, however it may only be consumed in the upstairs area while the restaurant and bar are open. PERSONAL ALCOHOL MAY NOT BE BROUGHT INTO ANY OF OUR SERVING AREAS***
SHIRTS, PANTS AND SHOES must be worn in the restaurant and on the deck at all times , no exceptions. (Bathing suits must have a cover up)
Food from outside sources may be eaten upstairs in your rented room or loft area, also at the picnic table located at the bottom of our backyard. It MAY NOT be brought into and eaten at any of our serving areas.

BICYCLES MAY NOT BE BROUGHT INTO THE ROOMS , HALLWAYS OR ON OUR DECK
PLEASE BE AWARE AT THIS TIME WE DO NOT PROVIDE STORAGE FOR BIKCYCLES , WE DO PROVIDE RACKS TO LOCK THE BIKES TO.
