OnRes' flagship product, the AccomPro Online Reservation System, offers accommodation providers the ability to accept online reservations and easily manage inventory.

Customers are able to check available inventory and complete a booking online making the reservation process more efficient and less time consuming to both parties. The back end inventory management
system allows accommodation providers to manage and track all inventory and easily follow up with guests through an automated email response.

Accept Online Reservations
The e-commerce web booking system integrates seamlessly into any existing web site allowing vendors to sell their inventory live and online.
- Setup is straightforward and is taken care of by OnRes personnel.
- The software resides on OnRes’ secure servers for credit card acceptance and data storage.
- Through its unique design, the system is customizable to the graphical and style layout of the original site.
When an online reservation is made -
- Inventory is updated automatically.
- Customizable emails are generated to notify the vendor and confirm the reservation with the customer.
- The vendor can then access reservation details through the manager application.
 
Manager Application
The manager application serves three purposes.
- It contains interfaces to set up and configure the appearance and behavior of the e-commerce system.
- Allows for product, rate and inventory set up and administration.
- Includes a full featured stand-alone or integrated reservation and inventory management system.
- Alternatively AccomPro also interfaces directly with the ICS2000™ Front Office property management software provided by InnSource Solutions for those needing a more robust internal system.
The manager application is web based and does not need to be installed or upgraded on a physical machine. This makes it highly scalable and extremely portable as it can be accessed anywhere in the world as long as you have access to the Internet and a browser.
